✅ Compatibility note: StarPower V3 is designed for Starlink Standard (Gen 3 / V4), also commonly called Standard Kit, Standard 4 or V4. It powers the original Starlink Gen 3 / V4 router from a 12V or 24V DC system. The Starlink router then powers the dish.

12V / 24V DC power kit for Starlink Standard Gen 3 / V4

StarPower V3 lets you run your Starlink Standard Gen 3 / V4 system directly from a 12V or 24V battery setup without using a 240V inverter.

It is ideal for caravans, RVs, boats, 4WDs and off-grid installs where you want a cleaner and more efficient DC power setup.

The important difference is that StarPower V3 keeps the original Starlink router in the system. StarPower V3 powers the router, and the router powers the Starlink dish.

Choose StarPower V3 if...

Do not choose StarPower V3 if...

• ⚠️ You want to remove the Starlink router and use your own router instead. Consider StarPower V2 or V4.
• ⚠️ You have Starlink Gen 1 or Gen 2. Consider StarPower V2 or V4 depending on your setup.
• ⚠️ You need an AC-powered router replacement system. Choose StarPower V4.

Why use DC power instead of an inverter?

Many caravan, RV and off-grid systems store power as 12V or 24V DC. Running Starlink through a 240V inverter converts battery power from DC to AC, then the Starlink power supply converts it back to DC again.

StarPower V3 avoids that double conversion, helping reduce power loss and keep the install simpler.

Power and installation notes

• ✅ Supports 12V and 24V DC input systems.

• ✅ Recommended wiring: 30A wiring from the battery source, with a minimum of 15A available.
• ✅ Compact housing with heat dissipation for reliable operation.

⚠️ Install indoors or in a protected weatherproof location. The unit itself is not moisture-resistant.

⚠️ Use correctly sized wiring and fuse protection. Poor wiring can cause voltage drop, dropouts or equipment issues.
