Shipping Insurance Policy
The customer/buyer agrees that SPACETEK GROUP PTY LTD. WILL NOT be held liable or responsible in the event of Lost, Stolen or Damaged items during transit.
Shipping policy
All orders are usually dispatched on the next business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and be provided by tracking.
Occasionally we may have an office shutdown for holiday and leave however if greater processing times are expected we will post a notification on our website and reach out to customers directly if this is affecting orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are 5-7 days for Australia Post standard to Australia or 7-14 business days to New Zealand. 3-5 business days for Australia Post Express services. Note that when an order leaves our warehouse, SPACETEK is no longer able to control the delivery timeframes and escalations or issues with delivery should be raised with the service carrier.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@spacetek.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your original order number as proof of purchase.

Due to the high demand during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday shopping season, Australia Post and other courier services may experience delivery delays.
Please note that while SPACETEK ensures prompt dispatch from our warehouse, we are not responsible for shipping times once orders leave our facility.
