This bundle provides a rigid mechanical interface, a fully enclosed mine-spec housing, regulated 35V supply and sealed DC routing components designed for continuous vibration, high wind load and harsh environmental exposure.

Installation Overview

1. Confirm the Red Dot R6260 platform is structurally sound and free of obstruction.

2. Position the mount and secure using vehicle-rated fasteners.

3. Install the V-Cell housing onto the mount and torque all fixings.

4. Route DC cabling through protected automotive pathways.

5. Fit the IP68 bulkhead socket through the chosen sealed pass-through.

6. Connect the 35V regulator to the 12–30V vehicle supply and verify polarity.

7. Install the 3-pole rocker switch in an accessible cabin location.

8. Perform final vibration and stability checks before operating in motion.
