Description

The Starlink Mini Tripod Battery Stand is a portable lithium power base designed to support and power the Starlink Mini terminal in temporary outdoor setups. The integrated 99.9Wh rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides DC output for Starlink Mini operation while the tripod structure provides a compact freestanding deployment platform.

This unit is designed for portable use around campsites, caravans, RV setups, temporary work sites and field communications. It requires the Starlink Mini pole adaptor supplied in the original Starlink Mini box to attach the terminal to the tripod interface.

Runtime is dependent on Starlink Mini power draw, sky visibility, temperature, network activity and battery condition. Starlink lists Starlink Mini average power consumption at 25–40W with a 12–48V DC, 60W input rating.

Battery Runtime Information

Estimated runtime is based on the 99.9Wh battery capacity divided by Starlink Mini power consumption. Real-world runtime will be lower where there are conversion losses, cold temperatures, obstruction search, heavy network use or ageing battery cells.

Airline Travel Information

This battery is rated at 99.9Wh, which places it below the common 100Wh lithium battery limit used by airlines for cabin baggage. It should generally be permitted as carry-on baggage when packed correctly.

The battery must be carried in cabin baggage only. Do not pack this product in checked luggage. Terminals and output ports should be protected from short circuit, and the unit should be kept accessible during the flight.

Airline rules can vary by carrier and country. Customers should confirm requirements with their airline before travel, especially for international flights or connecting services.

Installation Overview

1. Place the tripod battery stand on a flat, stable surface.
2. Extend and position the tripod legs so the stand is balanced.
3. Fit the original Starlink Mini pole adaptor to the Starlink Mini terminal.
4. Attach the Starlink Mini and pole adaptor assembly to the tripod interface.
5. Connect the DC output cable to the Starlink Mini power input.
6. Power on the unit and confirm the Starlink Mini has clear sky visibility.
7. Check stability before leaving the setup unattended

⚠️ Use only on flat, stable surfaces. Do not use on uneven ground, vehicle roofs, moving platforms or areas exposed to strong wind.

⚠️ Requires the Starlink Mini pole adaptor supplied in the original Starlink Mini box. The adaptor is not included with this product but can be purchased from our website. 

⚠️ Contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Do not disassemble, puncture, crush, expose to temperatures above 60°C or dispose of in fire.
