Installation Overview

1. Identify a structurally appropriate mounting zone on the caravan roof.

2. Position and secure the V-Cell mounting rails using rated caravan-roof fasteners.

3. Route the short DC cable from the V-Cell housing to the IP68 entry gland.

4. Install the cable entry gland on a sealed, flat or curved surface.

5. Feed the 5 m DC cable through the gland and into the internal electrical bay.

6. Connect the voltage booster to the 12 V supply using the Anderson input.

7. Connect the 35 V output to the Mini DC cable and verify polarity.

8. Perform a vibration and movement check across all fixings before final commissioning.
