The Spacetek V-Cell IP68 Rugged Housing is a mine-spec protective enclosure engineered to safeguard the Starlink Mini terminal in extreme environments. Designed as a DIY solution, it provides full environmental protection without requiring any modification to the Starlink Mini hardware.

Manufactured to IP68 standards, the V-Cell housing protects against dust ingress, heavy rain, marine spray, and immersion, making it suitable for mobile, fixed, and marine applications. Its reinforced construction exceeds typical radome strength, delivering enhanced resistance to wind load, vibration, and harsh operating conditions.

Installation Overview

1. Open the V-Cell housing and inspect all seals and gaskets.

2. Place the Starlink Mini terminal inside the enclosure without modification.

3. Ensure cable routing aligns with the sealed entry points.

4. Install gaskets and close the housing evenly.

5. Torque fasteners uniformly to maintain IP68 sealing.

6. Secure the housing to a suitable non-structural mounting solution if required (see above for options).

Important Notes

⚠️ This housing does not replace a structural mount (can be purchased separately)
⚠️ Correct gasket and socket installation is critical to maintaining IP68 protection.
